POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

Please review these policies as we have changed them, hopefully for the better for our students, for our teachers, and for Butterfield Quilt Co.

1. Please sign-up for classes as soon as possible.
2. Register for class by phone (951) 658-4115) with VISA or MC or by coming into the store. Be sure to pick up your supply list prior to class.
3. We make a commitment to our teachers based on your registration. Cancellations by students require at least 7 days. If you cancel your place in class before that date, we will issue a store credit. Any time thereafter, we must be able to replace you from our wait list before we issue the store credit.
4. We also need to have a minimum number of students sign up for each class. The number varies according to the class. If a class is cancelled because the minimum has not been met, you will receive a full refund, a transfer to another class, or a store credit, whichever you prefer.

All Beginners must have basic sewing skills.
